Frequently asked questions
Can't find the answer you're looking for? Contact us.
Does massage hurt?
Let your therapist know if the pressure feels too firm or too gentle. They will adjust it to your preferences, and you can always ask for a break.
Do I need to undress completely?
No. You keep your underwear on and undress in private. A towel covers your body apart from the area being treated.
Can I pay with a wellness allowance?
Yes, we accept Epassi. Contact us if you have questions about using your wellness allowance with us.
How often should I get a massage?
There is no single interval that suits everyone. Talk to your therapist about what you would like to get from your visits.
What should I think about before the visit?
Choose your treatment and time through our booking page. When you arrive, we discuss your preferences. For questions, contact us at info@jamduro.se. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by email.
What should I think about afterwards?
You can get dressed at your own pace. Your therapist can offer advice after your treatment. If you have not paid online, you can pay by card, Swish, cash or Epassi.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards can be used for our treatments and ordered by contacting us. See our gift card page for more information.
Is there parking?
Contact us before your visit if you need information about nearby parking. We cannot guarantee a parking space.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Check the terms in your booking confirmation or on Bokadirekt. Contact us at info@jamduro.se if you need help. Sending an email does not mean your appointment has been cancelled.
Can I bring a companion?
Please contact us before your visit if you would like to bring someone, so we can discuss arrangements for your appointment.
