Is this your first time? No worries, it is perfectly normal to feel a little nervous. Here is how a visit with us works.

We start with a warm welcome
When you arrive you are offered a cup of chamomile tea to help your body unwind before the treatment. At the same time we chat for a few minutes about why you are here. Do you have pain somewhere? Do you just want to relax? Is there anywhere you would prefer not to be massaged? You decide, always.

You get to undress in peace
The therapist stands behind a curtain while you undress so you have the privacy you need. You always keep your underwear on. When you are ready you lie down on the table and let us know, we come right away and place a towel over you. We only massage the areas being treated, the rest of your body is always covered.

You are in control during the massage
Too firm? Too gentle? Just say so and we adjust immediately. You do not need to talk during the treatment if you prefer not to. Many guests relax so deeply that they fall asleep, and that is the finest compliment we can receive.

Afterwards
You have time to come around and get dressed at your own pace. If you have not already paid online, payment happens now. We accept card, Swish, cash and Epassi. The therapist is happy to give you advice on what to keep in mind afterwards, such as drinking water and taking it easy.
